I Started my coaching career in 2016 working with a local team from my area, this gave me my first real taste of grassroots football. I joined FPF Academy in the summer of 2017 as a general coach. As the academy started to grow I then became a team manager for the u9’s team.
I like my teams to ‘Play Football’ which basically means to get the ball down and move it around the pitch effectively. I like to encourage all my players to be confident on the ball and to learn from mistakes.
I used to play for Watford Football Academy for 7 years. I have very valuable coaching experience that I have remembered and taken from coaches that coached me.
What you can expect from me is the following, making every player feel comfortable to be able to express their individual talents while contributing to the team success within a fun but disciplined environment.
Background:
Started my coaching career in 2015, a year after I suffered an ACL tear. Sensing that my playing career may have come to an end led me to complete football coaching licenses. After qualifying as a FA coach, I managed several youth clubs from my local community and currently part of the coaching staff at Southall Athletic Men’s Team.
Coaching Style:
My coaching style incorporates the high-intensity used by Jurgen Klopp and complex plays applied by Pep Guardiola. Focus is on quick ball movement, intricate passing, ball retention and game awareness.
Position: Club Welfare Officer/Youth Coach
Football Background: GK Neasden Foundation fc, Finchpalm fc Green Oak Merton fc Currently level 5 referee.
My coaching style is that I like to be inclusive,as well as to raise players confidence by concentrating on their strengths and develop their weakness at the same time.
I’ve played for a variety of teams like QPR, Brentford and Hayes and Yeading. I am currently playing for Chelsea foundation, I play in CM but can play in a range of positions.
My preferred coaching style is an high intensity but fun style. This is so that players are enjoying themselves as all players should be playing with a passion. With having a high intensity style, players can improve dramatically and put 100% effort so that improvements are made.
