I Started my coaching career in 2016 working with a local team from my area, this gave me my first real taste of grassroots football. I joined FPF Academy in the summer of 2017 as a general coach. As the academy started to grow I then became a team manager for the u9ās team.

I like my teams to āPlay Footballā which basically means to get the ball down and move it around the pitch effectively. I like to encourage all my players to be confident on the ball and to learn from mistakes.
I used to play for Watford Football Academy for 7 years. I have very valuable coaching experience that I have remembered and taken from coaches that coached me.

Background:
Started my coaching career in 2015, a year after I suffered an ACL tear. Sensing that my playing career may have come to an end led me to complete football coaching licenses. After qualifying as a FA coach, I managed several youth clubs from my local community and currently part of the coaching staff at Southall Athletic Menās Team.

My coaching style incorporates the high-intensity used by Jurgen Klopp and complex plays applied by Pep Guardiola. Focus is on quick ball movement, intricate passing, ball retention and game awareness.

My coaching style is that I like to be inclusive,as well as to raise players confidence by concentrating on their strengths and develop their weakness at the same time.
Iāve played for a variety of teams like QPR, Brentford and Hayes and Yeading. I am currently playing for Chelsea foundation, I play in CM but can play in a range of positions.

My preferred coaching style is an high intensity but fun style. This is so that players are enjoying themselves as all players should be playing with a passion. With having a high intensity style, players can improve dramatically and put 100% effort so that improvements are made.
