Who We Are
LCFC is a Football Coaching Grassroot Club based in North West Kensington in London. We aim to provide a platform for young people to have fun, to showcase their talent and to develop their football and teamwork skills.
We currently offer sessions for different age groups at different locations; Westminster Academy Football Centre, Emslie Horniman’s Pleasance Football Venue and Kensington memorial Football Pitch.
With LCFC, you can ensure that your child has a fun, meaningful and above all, safe coaching experience, as all of our coaches are CRB/DBS checked and FA qualified.
Our code of conduct also ensures that the training environment remains conflict-free.
Our Mission
LCFC was registered with the FA in 2018 but started up in April 2021. Since I first started playing the game it has always been at the centre of my life, whether it is playing, watching or now coaching and managing.
I began coaching about 10 years ago in various establishments such as community centres, youth clubs and football clubs.
Whilst working and volunteering at these various places I noticed that the majority of the children weren’t getting the opportunity to play football regularly due to the lack of coaching available and vision. More importantly, they weren’t playing competitively either or getting trails.
After seeing this gap, I decided that it is time to create a local grassroot football club to give the local children the opportunity to improve, enjoy and gain education in the sport they love. Furthermore, by training and competing, they may have a future in football, a ‘FUTURE AT THEIR FEET’.
At LCFC, we have the right coaches, settings and vision for all potential Footballers to enjoy, have fun and peruse a career in football.
